Overview
François Parmantier graduated from IEP Grenoble and Paris IX Dauphine. He joined AFD in 1994. His career has alternated between positions in AFD’s operational and support activities at its Paris headquarters and in the AFD network.
From 2016 to 2021, he was Director of Administration at AFD. In September 2021, he was appointed Director of AFD Group’s Internal Audit Department, where he is responsible for the periodic and ex-post evaluation of the internal control system set up by senior management, in accordance with the regulations applicable to companies in the Banking, Payment and Investment Services sectors subject to the control of the Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR).
